Our Lead Teachers have been through our "Teacher's Training Program" for several years. They are dancers that have studied all forms of dance from a young age.
They must pass certification to be in charge of their own class. These teachers meet weekly with Ms. Sarah and discuss each class' progress and students.

Miss Sarah
Sarah Seifert McArdle

Sarah Seifert McArdle, owner and head instructor, has been dancing since 1982.  Sarah was trained as a teacher and has taught all ages.  She has had experience in performing for such venues as cruise lines, Starlight Theatre, and Theatre in the Park, as well as, competition experience. Not only did she enjoy performing but also enjoyed the opportunity to show her creative side through choreography. Sarah is also certified by Dance Masters of America (DMA) and continues her dance education by taking master classes regularly.

Sarah was a cheerleader for the Kansas City Chiefs from 2002-2003.  She obtained her Bachelor Degree of Science in Elementary Education from Emporia State University and teaches first grade at Glenwood Ridge Elementary. Sarah is in charge of each dance class and is involved in each student’s progress.  She believes that a dance studio should be a fun, exciting, and safe place for students to progress.  She hopes to inspire and instill a passion for dance and performance in her students.

Miss Mary Ann
Mary Ann Seifert

Mary Ann Seifert, co-owner and office manager, has had much “behind the scenes” dance experience through the years.  She put so much time and effort in supporting her daughters through all of the competing and performing, as well as managing the studio for Nallia’s School of Dance.  At the same time, she has run her own successful business for the past 26 years.  She has been gracious enough to put that aside to manage Sarah’s Studio of Dance.
